The Supplement Industry's Quiet Secret

Your Nitric Oxide Supplement
Isn't Reaching
Your Blood.

Most nitric oxide (NO) supplements list L-Arginine on the label. Almost none of them tell you how much of it survives the journey from capsule to bloodstream. Here is what the label isn't showing you, and why it matters. It is why Zyro Life Nitric Oxide Capsules show every ingredient, every dose, individually, with a batch-specific lab report scannable on every bottle.

Section 01 -- The Problem

You've been taking it.
Something still doesn't feel right.

You added a nitric oxide supplement to your routine because the logic made sense. Better blood flow. More oxygen to muscle. Improved endurance and recovery. The mechanism is real. The science is established. Nitric oxide production genuinely matters for physical performance.

So why does the result feel underwhelming?

The answer is almost never about your training. It is almost never about your diet. In the majority of cases, the answer is on the label, or more accurately, in what the label is not showing you.

"The supplement industry is the only industry where a company can list an ingredient, charge you a premium for it, and legally provide you with a dose so small it has no physiological effect, without disclosing this fact anywhere on the packaging."

Zyro Life -- Transparency Editorial

This is not a conspiracy. It is a legal structure called the proprietary blend. And it has been the standard operating procedure for the nitric oxide supplement category for over two decades.

Section 02 -- The Hidden Dose Problem

What a proprietary blend
actually means.

Look at the back of most nitric oxide supplements. You will see something like this:

Typical NO Supplement Label -- Unbranded Example
Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 2 Capsules  |  Servings Per Container: 30
Amount Per Serving Amt % DV
Proprietary Nitric Oxide Performance Matrix 1,200 mg *
L-Arginine *
L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate *
L-Citrulline *
Beetroot Extract (Beta vulgaris) *
L-Norvaline *
Pine Bark Extract *
L-Ornithine *
Niacin (as Nicotinic Acid) *

* Daily Value not established.  |  HoverTap the blacked-out fields to see what these labels are hiding from you.

Eight ingredients. One total weight: 1,200mg. Zero individual doses disclosed.

This is legal. It is common. And it means that the L-Arginine in that capsule could constitute 1,150mg of the blend, or it could constitute 1mg. The consumer has no way to know. The brand has no obligation to say.

The ingredient names on a proprietary blend label are not a formula. They are a marketing list. The presence of an ingredient name tells you nothing about whether that ingredient is present at a dose that does anything in your body.

● Most NO Brands
Total blend weight listed, no individual doses
8+ ingredients with no way to verify any dose
No batch-specific lab verification provided
Single arginine form -- bioavailability problem unaddressed
No COA accessible to consumer
● Zyro Life
Every ingredient listed individually with exact dose
Triple Arginine Matrix -- three bioavailable forms
Dual Citrulline Complex -- kidney bypass pathway
Batch-specific COA -- scannable on every bottle
Third-party lab verified, every production run

Section 03 -- The Arginine Problem

Why single-form L-Arginine
fails before it starts.

Even when a brand discloses its L-Arginine dose, there is a second problem the label never mentions, one that sits at the center of why most people taking nitric oxide supplements feel underwhelmed.

Standard L-Arginine, the single form found in the majority of NO products, has a significant bioavailability limitation. Here is the mechanism:

1

You swallow the capsule

Standard L-Arginine enters the digestive system as a single amino acid form. At this point, the mechanism is working as intended.

● Where it goes wrong

An enzyme called arginase is present throughout the gastrointestinal tract. Its job is to break down L-Arginine, and it is very efficient at this. A significant portion of orally consumed standard L-Arginine is metabolized by arginase before it crosses into the bloodstream. What reaches your endothelial cells, the cells that actually produce nitric oxide, is a fraction of what you swallowed.

2

The citrulline bypass -- what most brands miss

L-Citrulline, by contrast, is not significantly metabolized by arginase in the gut. It is absorbed intact, travels to the kidneys, and is converted there to L-Arginine, delivering it directly into circulation. Research consistently shows that L-Citrulline supplementation raises plasma arginine levels more effectively than an equivalent dose of L-Arginine itself.

3

The multi-form argument

Different forms of arginine, the base, the hydrochloride salt (HCl), and the alpha-ketoglutarate compound (AKG 2:1), have different absorption kinetics. Using multiple forms together creates a broader, more sustained delivery window than any single form alone. This is the rationale behind a Triple Arginine Matrix.

Most NO supplements use a single form of L-Arginine because it is the cheapest and most recognizable ingredient name. The bioavailability limitation is known. It is not disclosed. The consumer is left with a mechanism that sounds right and a result that falls short.

"When the citrulline pathway delivers arginine directly into circulation, your endothelial cells have the precursors to produce nitric oxide consistently, not in a single spike, but across the duration of your activity. That sustained availability is what single-form arginine cannot reliably provide."

Section 04 -- The Zyro Formula

Every dose. Every form.
No hiding.

Zyro Life Nitric Oxide Capsules were formulated around one question: if a consumer scanned a QR code and pulled up the actual lab results for what's in this bottle, would we be comfortable with what they see?

That question shaped every ingredient decision. Here is exactly what is in the formula, and why each element is there:

● Zyro Life Nitric Oxide -- Full Formula Disclosure

Three forms of arginine. Two forms of citrulline. Every dose disclosed individually. No proprietary blend. No hidden amounts. The label is the formula, and the formula is verifiable by batch number against a third-party Certificate of Analysis.

This is not a marketing claim. It is a structure. Scan the QR code on any Zyro Life bottle and you will land on the batch-specific lab report for exactly what you are holding. Not a summary. Not an aggregated test. The actual document from the actual production run of your specific bottle.

Section 05 — Verification & CTA | Zyro Life
Section 05 -- The Verification Layer

Don't take our word for it.
Read the lab report.

Every supplement brand claims quality. The claim itself is meaningless, it costs nothing to make and requires no evidence to support. What costs something is building the infrastructure to back it up: third-party testing, batch tracking, and public access to the documentation.

The Zyro Life Transparency Hub exists because we believe the consumer has the right to verify what they are buying before they buy it. Every bottle carries a QR code. Every QR code links to batch-specific documentation for that exact production run.

● Zyro Life -- Transparency Infrastructure

Scan it before you swallow it.

Every Zyro Life bottle links directly to the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis for that production run. Supplier COA. Manufacturing batch record. Third-party potency assay.

Scan to verify batch
01

Scan the QR code on your Zyro Life bottle

02

Match the batch number on the bottle to the lab report

03

Read the third-party Certificate of Analysis for that batch

This is what the category should look like. It is what we believe every supplement brand should provide. Until they do, the QR code on a Zyro Life bottle is the only way to verify what is actually in your supplement, not on the label, not in the marketing, but in the lab.

The formula is visible.
The lab report is public.
The choice is yours.

Zyro Life Nitric Oxide Capsules. Triple Arginine Matrix. Dual Citrulline Complex. Every dose disclosed. Every batch verified.
